TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HZN (HOOPZONE) PROGRAMS

1. Acceptance and Nature of the Program

By registering or participating in the HZN Points Program or the HZN Athlete Program, the Participant confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

This program is NOT a sponsorship, employment contract, service agreement, or any form of labor relationship. It is a public, open program designed to benefit both sides — a way for Participants to obtain Hoopz items without spending money, akin to a non‑monetary form of payment. Hoopz does not demand, pressure, or make any labor‑like requests. Any actions taken by the Participant (posts, training, referrals) must be free and voluntary.

Duration: This program is active until December 31, 2026. As of January 1, 2027, the program automatically ends, and no further point accumulation or redemptions will be allowed.

2. Eligibility and Minors

Individuals aged 13 or older may participate. If the Participant is a minor (ages 13–17), Hoopz understands that their legal guardians are aware of and consent to their participation. Hoopz has no obligation to actively verify such authorization but may request proof at any time.

3. HZN Points Program

3.1. Earning Points (Non‑Cumulative)

Points reset to zero on the 1st day of each month. Points are calculated according to the table below and subject to manual verification by Hoopz.

Non‑cumulative rule: Per‑period limits (e.g., 1 story per week) are strict. If a Participant posts 100 stories in a single week, it still counts only as 1 story, earning only +10 points. Extra actions within the same period do not generate additional points.

Hoopz may reject points obtained fraudulently or against community standards.

3.2. Redeeming a Free Item

Upon reaching 250 points in a single month, the Participant may choose one free item from hoopzn.com, subject to stock availability. Redemption must be requested by the 5th day of the following month.
Delivery time: After redemption confirmation, the product will take on average 10 to 20 business days to arrive at the address provided. Hoopz is not liable for delays caused by postal services or carriers.
Hoopz does not refund shipping fees or taxes.

4. HZN Athlete Program – 2026 Selection

4.1. Selection Process

Free registration, 100% manual review. Hoopz contacts only selected participants via Instagram DM — contact is not privileged and requires the Participant to follow @hoopzn or @hznbasketball. Response time: up to 10 business days.

4.2. Image and Content Rights – Prior Notice

Hoopz will use the Participant’s photo, video, or content only after providing prior notice and obtaining specific consent for that particular use (e.g., an email or DM asking for permission). Participation alone does not automatically authorize Hoopz to use the Participant’s content in campaigns.

5. Legal Responsibility

This program is offered by the Brazilian company CNPJ 66.471.906/0001-00, owner of the Hoopz (Hoopzone) brand. All program operations are governed exclusively by Brazilian law.

6. Limitation of Liability – No Indemnification

There is no indemnification or monetary value due to the Participant for frustrations, loss of points, delivery delays, item unavailability, rule changes, or any other reason. Participation is voluntary, and benefits are physical items or exposure — never cash. The Participant accepts the program “as is”, with no right to any compensation.

7. Contact via Instagram DM

All official contacts from Hoopz to the Participant will be made exclusively by Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the @hoopzn or @hznbasketball profile. These contacts are not privileged — Hoopz does not guarantee that the message will be seen or delivered and is not responsible for platform failures. The Participant must check their message request folder.

8. Modifications and Termination

Hoopz may change these Terms at any time by publishing a new version. The program is active only until December 31, 2026, and may be terminated earlier at Hoopz’s discretion.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of São Paulo – SP, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other venue.
